To place an order online
Browse through any product category by clicking on a link such as "Down Blankets" or "Organic Comforters". When you see an item you like, click on "add to cart" and continue shopping. When you're ready to complete your purchase, click on "view cart" to confirm your items. After you've made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on "checkout" to finish.

Receiving your order
When you receive your order make sure it is exactly what was ordered before using or washing the product. If the item is incorrect please call email us for assistance.
Shipping
Most items will ship within 3 - 10 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders and out of stock items may take longer. In addition, please allow up to 7 business days from the day your order has been shipped for ground deliveries within the continental United States. Large orders, items which are oversized or shipped via U.S. Mail, Alaska, Hawaii, Military addresses & P.O. Boxes may incur additional shipping costs and may take longer to arrive once shipped. Not all items are available for U.S. Mail shipping.
Returns and Credits
You may return the product for a full refund (less shipping and handling) if it does not meet with your complete satisfaction within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Items returned after 30 days will be assigned an in store credit. Please use the return/exchange shipping label which is provided on the packing slip included with your order. Please ship via Fed Ex Ground or UPS with proof of delivery. We cannot replace or refund your purchase if your return cannot be tracked when lost. Returns received used or without original packaging will not be accepted unless defective.
Damages/Exchanges/Replacements/ Defects/Claims/Warranties
All returns and exchanges must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged (no fragrence, cigarette smoke, dirt, rips, or tears, etc) with orginal packaging. Returnable items which are defective will be issued a full credit if not replaced or exchanged. Customers are responsible for return of defective items. A full refund will be issued for item deemed defective if replacement is not possible.
YourBedroomSource and its manufacturers are not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, mistreatment, damages due to washing and shredded or worn fabrics in areas of usage. If you received a damaged or incorrect item or have any questions, please email us at info@bedroomsource.com.
Backorders / Product Delays & Out of Stock Items
Backorders are a result of manufacturer delays in producing products to be shipped directly to YourBedroomSource or its customers. YourBedroomSource may choose to partial ship an item and backorder the remainder of any item ordered and ship that item at a later date at no cost to the customer. It's possible that some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks due to color, style, size, manufacturer and mill delays or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified when these situations occur or if the item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.
Payment
We accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card for credit card payments. Cashier checks, money orders and personal checks are accepted, but may delay order processing 10 to 14 days to allow for check clearance. Credit and debit cards will be authorized upon receipt of order and charged at time of shipping.
